If the community or the State is ahead of
the individual, if he has own, independent and
superior purposes to those of the individuals, only
those individuals who work for such purposes might
be considred as members of the community.

Since the appearance and expansión of the Socialism through all Europe, Asia and consecutivelyAmericaand including the Arabian countries and the African continent, there has been intended to show to the socialist ideas, that is, colectivist-statical, as the humanity saviorhoods. Facts demonstrate that the socialists, eventhough they use profanely the flag of liberty, have served to the totalitarism of an elite of persons that decides upon citizen’s destiny, substituted by “the popular mass”.
This ideological invention is the product of involutive minds which due to their inability to develop and generate wealthy, argue ideas fill with antinatural and corrupt laws that would let them grow off others in the material world. Definitely, a ruptura of the human nature.
Latin America was not exempted from these ideas and that is why atCubasome persons in the name of the liberty, conducted the country to the servitude, promising them theParadiseof liberty and the independency, but which became dependency, servitude and calamity. Population beliefs and discontent were attractive to introduce any dictatorial position.
A better starting for the country could just be made out with the 1940 Constitution, which included popular and favorable vindicates to the liberty. It started a new term of institutional legality and it was one of the most advanced constitutions in that epoch. However, through this new legality in 1944, for the first time the majority of the population was able to participate in elections and it was elected as first government for this term to Fulgencio Batista, whose candidacy had been supported by a coalition of forces, in which participated the communists. Batista among other things excluded the freedom for expression, meeting, strike, and established the death penalty and eliminated the University Autonomy.
The Batista government became a repressive government, which generated a series of processes which led to his overthrown, brought about by figures like the brothers Castro, Ernesto Guevara, Camilo Cienfuegos and many other persons of extense sectors of the society, who were fundamental to do the job to the dictatorship and re-establish another one. The Cuban revolution was principally inspired in Marx, Engels and Lenin political-social ideas, considering as it’s starting the ten measures to be re-established in all countries as per the communist manifest. These are:
- “Expropriation of territorial prívate property and utilization of land rent for State expenses.
- Strong progressive tax.
- Abolition of the right to heir.
- Confiscation of property of all emigrates and seditious (rebels against the regime)
- Concentration of credit in the State hands, through a national Bank,
which capital is exclusively a government monopoly.
- Centralization in the State hands of all transportation means.
- Multiplication of artisans enterprises pertaining to the State and of the production instruments, disfranchisement of lands, as per a general plan.
- Obligation for all to work; organization of industrial crowd for agriculture.
- Combination of agriculture and industry: measures intended to gradually disappear the oposition between city and countryside.
10. Public and free education for all children; abolition of children working in factories, as it is a practice today; education regime combined with material production, etc.” ¹
Carlos Marx, to argue on the application of such measures, established the following:
“Once that in the course of the development there have been disappeared the class differences and have concentrated all production in the hands of associated individuals, the public power shall loose its political nature. The political power, strictly speaking, is the organized violence of one class to oppress the other. During the struggle against the bourgeois, the proletariat (labor) constitute indefectibly in class; if through the revolution they constitute in a dominant class and, in as much as a dominant class, supresses by force the old production relations, at the same time supress in these production relations the conditions for the existence of the class antagonism and of the classes in general, and consequently their own domination as a class”.²
These are the orders, the most ridiculous ten commandments to be implemented at any country that be a victim of this policy, which are only given for the benefit of those who achieve to have a position in the party at that moment, and never in the hands of associated individuals whom they utilized, but the latter finish being subordinates to an absurd fight to survive.
These measures applied inCuba, as at any other socialist countries imply that the manner to become them a reality, is through the violence and the supeditation of the individual to the “collective”. The consequences of this formula are disastrous in the society. One of its problems is that persons shall have to stretch their hands to the State under the excuse of “all free”, at the expense of an alienate knowledge of socialist ideas and partialized to only one scenary of this history, violating the access to information and to any kind of rights to which citizens are entitled in the world.
The measures are contradictory in regard to the principal followers and promoters of social-comunist-revolutionary ideas, because in all history way they have incurred and keep incurring in the same errors critized to the bourgeois and representatives of the governments that they attack. They are considered by the world public opinion as the most arbitrary and corrupt governments in the whole history, and besides the way of life that enjoy their leaders, including Fidel Castro and his close group (houses, dresses, food and exorbitant expenses).
The socialist government has demonstrated, since its origin, to be a totalitary regime, since the economic and political freedoms disappeared. To restringe in a progressive manner the consumption, trading, political participation, and any other civil matter which in a free society is normal, atCubait is an extraordinary and prohibited fact. The regime violated the right to the property, that was his most sound tool to supedite everything in the isle, additional to the progressive disminish of the production of assets and services, as a consequence of the elimination of the prívate property and state enterprises, to generate a crisis. Thus, Fidel Castro believes and in fact he is the owner of all that exist in the national territory.
This totalitarist system in favor of the collectivism, additional to the treshed speech of social equality and justice, served and it is serving to subjugate the persons to a condition of misery, when using all the tricks of the discourse and the communication means at the service of the political machinery and when it is necessary for their purposes. The government uses the force against the disidents with arms, jail, torture, death and disappearance of persons (in an obscure manner, if it is necessary).
It was not in vane that Ernesto “Che” Guevara was named “The Butcher of the Cottage”, because he was not kind as it was established by the socialist government system, but a human savage slaughter in a place known as “Bluff or Fortitude of the Cottage” generating as result a holocaust at the Cuban manner.
Everything is possible, in an attempt to maintain the pre-eminence of a totalitarian sytem, where the existence of a series of institutions bearing popular names, they finally generate chaos in the State administration.
TheCubagovernments is centralized in the power of the State, because, any ministery, the political bureau and head of the Cuban Comunist Party, jointly with the President, organize everybody life and frenetically exercise all the power. Such usage of power repercuss (as per government official documents), in a transformation process of the Cuban society. This process is performed in three planes:
Material and spiritual transformations in the life condition of population.
Transformations of the social structure toward the equalitarianism.
Transformations of conciousness, vital activity forms and social relations.
To develop the revoluion there were transformed the social traditional ideas and conceptions, and while there have been pretended more equalitarianism through the Socialism, there has been achieved more homogenization –toward the misery- of the life conditions and of the ideas and of the human behavior.
At Cuba it is regulated the consumption, the saving and the investment, population is constrained to depend on a card to eat, which does not cover the feeding individual levels, which coerce them to look for food in the black market. That is why, it is normal to see in the Old Habana, long lines looking for the necessary products to satisfy their basic needs; this situation gets even worst in the interior of the country, since the tradition of the housewives is to go out and look for the place where to find the food, with the usual “java” in the hand.
The implementation of the feeding policy has been fundamentally based on the “rationing” and “social feeding”, what has subordinated the population toward the centralized state system of rationing. It is normal that people work for food; it is a factor of incentive, since it offers something safer than what is found at home, because all kind of scarcity is purposely generated by the government. Facing a diminishing in the possibility to obtain food through the salary, the labor dining-rooms, as part of the labor conditions, have become a factor of stimulus.
The rationing system is one of several fragilities (from the psychological and nutritional point of view), offered to the population. It is a confinement that places the government maneuvers up to the maximum, which reflects that Socialism has its stumble stone to demonstrate that it is possible, the paradise they propose. Due to the grade of massiveness and centralization of the rationing system, the search for products that let them maintain the content of nutrients in the diet, it is an odysean. At any free country it is no necessary to be submitted for a dish of food; that is inhuman, it is slavery.
The consumption control for citizens is part of the principles promoted by the socialist to achieve the “equality” which fiscalize the common citizen, while the elite and those close to the Fidelist government live from privileges. The socialist government regulatory economic policies prohibit and control possible investments. The incompatibility of this system with the prívate property maintains and generated the vicious circle of poverty.
Population is plunged into hunger and poverty, and additionally an education imbued in the collectivism, constitute the best allied of the socialist regime. Collectivism is a suitable condition for the absolutist modern system, which has placed at the dictator feet all institutions (The National Assembly of the Popular Power, the Socialist Contitution, and the Electoral Power).
To the Popular Legislative Assembly is only possible the initiative and the execution of Collective Laws that legitimate the labyrinth of the socialist system, applied to oppress and confuse citizens, who struggle against themeganomaniacalState. These wicked laws block at all flanks any possibility for prosperity that people might have any noncommital to that protector State. Meanwhile, the political bureau discuss about the same themes, without either attaining a solution or offer other alternative, which would not be but the interventionism in the matters of interest of a common citizen.
All social and economic measures raised and implemented by the regime become absurd, such as the commercial shortage of supplies, the limitation of the free expression, the violent confrontation of population (the opposition) against the population (those of the officialism), control of the religion, elimination of private property and the concentration of power in the hands of the superior members of the State.
All wrong event that occured in the isle has a known guilty and it is the result from the genocide, economic, commercial and political blocking, practiced by the North American government which affect the “vulnerable population”. The government knows how to take advantage day after day of the nationalist and patriotic feelings as the main weapon against the enemy who is theUnited Statesand any Eastern allied. For the population, it is imposible to confront the whole regime of the tyrannical State that oppress them by the hungry and the economic crisis where they are plunged.
The dictatorship takes advantage of the citizen’s drowsiness to generate confrontation among them and polarize within the families, friends and neighbors, utilizing the known spying system among them. Specifically, all of them are direct agents-spies of the government, there no exists trustiness, which is in accordance with the data given by the study of values in post comunist countries where the interpersonal trustiness has been destroyed.
The social control is exercised in order that persons behave as per values and demands of the socialist State. That control is exercised thru the institutions in charge of “maitaining order and legality”, that is why it is a legal and formal control, and in fact at least it is performed through the family, schools, and the own community organizations, which are considered within the “informal” control, but undoubtedly they function as the right hand of the regime.
The government controls the course of the existence of all who live in the country, through their birth, reproduction and death. All what is reduced to the human existence is controlled, the government do it, even through the domain of all senses, and in special manner the mind, by instilling and maintaining beliefs since the childhood, claiming the function of the educational and protector State. Many intellectuals in the Universities proudly work for the collectivist ideas which promote their doctrine, eventhough many of them might also be antifidelist self censured. They defend the thesis that collectivizes the human action and the conductual determination of persons; some other belief that this is necessary to organize the persons in the interest of the totalitarism that govern them, which is considered as noble, patriot and self-sacrificing.
On the other hand, comunists explain that in order that a revolution or a revolutionary situation exists there must converge these elements:
-High level of social conscious and organization of the population.
-High level of managing of the population Party.
At the end of the 90 years, when it was believed that the totalitarism was in reverse, was when grew more the organizations of “social control”. When there exists a role much more active of the universities and of all young organizations, necessary to maintain the revolution caused by the denominated crisis of the “Special Term”, it is a priority the social objectives upon the individuals. It is preferred to talk about figures and statistics than about successful persons; those data are omitted or minimized up to the last term. Any politic is addressed to the social feature following the next scheme:
- Economy
- Politics
- Social Structure
- “Social” Conscious
- Life conditions
All political and social features of the Cuban revolution have been addressed to the concious, –understanding this as the transformation of the individual concious to a “social conscience”- and toward a homogeneous social structure (elimination of social clases). To reach this homogeneous condition has been the central objective of the Cuban government. To reach this transformation in the social relations, their forces have always been centered in the politics and in the indoctrination. There has been totally controlled the childhood, the youngsters and the families, which are the nucleous for new generations. In this manner is maintained the socialist idealism and prevent the formation of the “small bourgeois” educated in the family when the children are not part of the State inventory.
Additionally, it is promoted the popular participation through every organization that arises from the ideas of the political bureau. The organizations intend to touch all points and towns, principally those denominated by the Cuban social politics as “vulnerable”. For youngters, adults and old people, always there is a formula.
On the other hand, the Federation of Cuban Women, an organization pro-fidelist, which since 1960 joins women older than 14 years, masks their pro-governmental burocratic functions under the image of social work. Likewise, the Committees for Defense of the Revolution (C.D.R., initial letters in Spanish), which function since the same epoch, fulfilled the position of collective vigilance to face an external interference to the socialist revolutionary thinking and any activity which implies desestabilization of the constituted dictatorial political system. Likewise, the Comunist Youth is in charge of ideologizing and of themes like the unemployment. They work promoting projects that intend to multiply the Program of Social Workers headed by the Union of Comunist Youngsters (U.J.C., initial letters in Spanish). Their work is centered, through the communitarian intervention, in the performance of comunist politic-ideologic work; it fulfills a scheme of legalized and institutionalized indoctrination. There are performed superseding courses for young people without an employment, for which they receive a payment beween 80 and 150 pesos, as per age and type of course. The attendance to these courses, it is considered as a type of employment, has generated to the State a new concept: “the employment to study”. The requisites to be part of this group of young people is to be between 17 and 29 years of age, to have attained a mínimum level of ninth grade and have been during one year dissociated from study and work. The consequence for those who do not fulfill the requisites and do not participate is a possible diagnosis of “behaviour disorder”. This qualification is given to those young men with less than 17 years of age who has “social indiscipline”, that is, those who reject to get into socialist pattern. The Comunist Youth do not raise anything new, only they are slithered by the same comunist barbarian ideas suggested by the same ideologists of yesterday, who still are in the power; they never talk in their meetings about individual liberty, or about a free economy, but they offer the same bag of Comunism where might be placed all unwaries.
Likewise, there exists, since 1961, the Enfants Circles”. This institution is for children from 45 days of age up to six years of age, and officially grants, pedagogical attention and ideologization. The purpose is to formalize, through a multidisciplinary team who work in favor of the Comunism, to the fidelists of tomorrow, since they are the unique capable to give continuity to the system (if they are educated or ideologized for that purpose). That is why, it is necessary, for those who rule the lineaments of the State, to know how many children exist in the community.
All these institutions have a common purpose: to maintain to the Head of the State and to his governmental body commanding in the spaces of the citizenship. To achieve it, it is used a series of harangues and instructions as “participative democracy” and the “power of the people”, which do not have any pretext in the reality.
The colectivism is the fundamental core of the regime; however, there exists a drastic family breaking up, a product of migrations of those who are rejected or that they reject the regime. Ironically, the migration of these persons benefit the revolution, since move away more each day the contrast of the past with the present, fade away the traditional family and uphold to formalize even more the format of a comunist family, without children with the profile of small bourgeois that bring with them, from generation to generation, the families of the past.
Those who have socialist ideas pretend to compress the whole humanity within irrational ideas, such as the fact of seeing the human being plunged in the poverty, directed and administrated by the interest of others, whom do not care for the free determination of the individuals in their search for hapiness.
The flag of the socialist regime is the free education, which at the end results to be the tip of the iceberg, because that is what permits the continuity in the coming generations, submitted to theSocialStateas a kind of servitude. It is raised that the State, at central level, has the right to establish work lineaments, giving priority to the need for health and education. But, which is the education given? One which does not let them think, or discern, one which look for perpetuating the Comunism and its disastrous consequences.
There are Cubans who in some way were touch by the Comunism and were nabbed in the intelectualism of the marxist materialism and eventhough they are opposers, they do it from a position of hate toward the Castros, but not to the colectivist system, which enforce the system with the thesis that it is not the fault of the applied Socialism. That doctrine has caused ravages inCuba, has conducted the country to a conditions of caotic colectivism, where there shall be a challenge for coming generations, to abolish and trascend the falsity and oppression that they instill. It might be that present generation shall not be in charge of going beyond those old paradigms, but might be the one that is just growing and the one that shall be born.
Government has enough justification to sustain the severe control on information, sustained on the power that its usage provides to persons. In few words, they control the mind, the unique able to generate patrimony, the talent that gives the inexhaustible wealthy in the man and which grants more possibilities to make opposition to any process of unique, hegemonic thought.
Eventhough in this epoch, information is at the glance of any individual, it is not so for the majority of Cubans; they unknow the repressive, totalitarian, despotic and illegal nature of all socialist regimes in the world, but they believe that it is a particularity of the “cuban revolution” or of Fidel. That is how has been the indoctrination.
During these years of dictatorship, one of the importan bets has been to suppress the religión and any other fact that maintains alife the spiritual principles. However, due to that total difficulty, the regime introduced and promoted African religions mixed with a social religion of comunist ideal, where Fidel is a prophet and/or god (symbolically). Followers practice the Fidel thesis and might share the religion with any other which might be popular and which is not contrary to the Marxist vision of things. One unique religion based on the leader worship and blind submission.
The government inoculated a vision of victims and servants to the society that they have built themselves; to change the mental structure is the rule. Likewise, people was given the hope that they were going to be assisted by a paternally, meganomaniacal government, with the power to attend their needs; but this ended being a total fraud to the population. There are included many oppositors and pro-officialists who feel gratitude toward the kindness of Fidel toward them, since he is present in all aspects of their life, as a demi-god.
In the discourse, the government sustain that the capitalist system has collapsed and if it stays 100 more years, the humanity shall die starving and thirsty, since the natural resources are not sufficient to purvey the population.
When comparing with the experience, it is evident the vertiginous abatement of the life quality. In the regime, the nutritious products are less each day, the basic distribution services of potable water and electricity are inefficient; it is as living in the past centuries backwardness.
Due to the inefficiency of the megalomaniac dictatorship, the population adopts measures to look how to palliate the lack of basic assets and services. They are going back in the time and they drill deep water wells, obtain light from candels, cook with firewood, remove the tonsils to the pig (to prevent the neiborgh find out that he is breeding it), or the cattle, own by the State, is thrown to the railroad. There exist a great number of examples, a product from the inventiveness to keep going and improve the life conditions. These attitudes of personal decisión are part of the view to which the people are induced by the regime.
They are actions that form part of the daily repertoire, a product of the imposition, because, simply, there is no other alternative. The lack of food or services turns the life into a caotic situation. Besides, the regime proposes a series of collective organizations, apparently to channel those basic demands, but it only is a burocratic formality to maintain the poverty and the control. However, it is strongly spread that State and government are equals and the people is merged into it, what makes thinking that the State is the only one capable to solve the mentioned problems and submit the population to mínimum survival rules, while others feed themselves with the crisis.
Eventhough the dictator image is changed now is when it is even stronger the control, where the Head of the State, Party and other orgaizations exercise control and domain, disguised with a series of institutions created by them to deceive the majority of the people and obliging them to the eternal conformism of the misery.
The government is the unique importer and exporter of assets and services of international commercialization; they contract with governments aligned to the Socialism, asVenezuela, which are paid with direct assessment to rebuild the totalitarin recipe. Also, the government is the unique benefited with the rent generated by so onerous trade interchanges, and the apparent opening is made in order that theSocialistStatehas resources to continue autofinancing themselves. The repertoire of concepts do not evolve: work, proletary, production mode, productive model, productive strenghts, production means, work instruments, work objective, production relation, social wealthiness, relation of social property. They consider the mankind as object of work and not as human beings capable to autodevelop and improve themselves. It is raised that in the prívate property, consumpion is not equitative; for this reason the State must maintain theSocialistState, to diminish “the differencies”. The question is ¿shall there be that in the state property the consumption is equitable? Yes, yes it is, toward misery, eventhough it is not so important as to know if that type of property generates prosperity.
At the end of the ninety decade, the revolution encountered a problem: The “excess” of circulating capital in the hands of population. This gave birth to a “vicious circle” which resulted in the lost of the stimulating effect of the salary, the falling off of the productivity and growing up of labor “indiscipline”.
The intervention on the salary is exercised to control the ·excess” of circulating capital in the hands of population. A constant worry of the government is the increment of more “inequalities”, principally among the young people. These inequalities are conditined, at a large range, by the access to dollars, since it is common to receive remittances from family living abroad, or from performing any service to the tourists.
In the practice, there has been able to listen to the most radical followers of Fidel and of the socialist system, talking about the impossibility that the State is in charge of everything. Even more, the very doctors of the Socialism get involved and contradict themselves when they explain that the State cannot continue attending the needs of the society, in contrast to what has been practice during years; the control of the person needs through the State, provoking a chaos in all institutions. The bureau socialist only turn round and round in a circle that they denominated the State Superstructure, promising that the State –themselves- truly together with their political, burocratic and institutional structure shall give positive answers to the infinite petitions from citizens who request assets and services payable from their pockets.
AtCuba, after the instauration of the socialist dictatorship, as the state property is the unique accepted, the economic and political decisions depend on the government. The same one that today speaks about subemployment and of the indisputable backwardness. The “revolution social policy” is based on the control of salaries, social security and gratuity of the basic services, but upon the emerging of the submerged and emergent economies; they were compelled to legalize the possession of dollars, which establishes certain social differences. The emergent economy is denominated as a subsector constituted by mix enterprises, mercantile societies and other associations, which work in currencies, having greater autonomy upon different basis to those of the State.
Nowadays, there has appeared a challenge which internally is applied with little changes, but in a progressive manner since almost one decade, the opening to foreign capitals. Within the socialist cuban economy it is observed higher labor indifference and more people who claim for that type of enterprises to be able to increase the consumption capability, since the government, in the middle of the crisis, and in order to survive, has denominated those openings as stimulations, but what is attacked at the same time through more controls is the contrast with the equalitarianism.
Low salaries maintain a disbalance between the person incomes and the access to existent assets and services, which produced, that the relation of the effort and the benefit be what is not expected and create indifference. The employment policies and salaries imposed by the State have meant an evident disaster since they are defunctional to move workers to tasks and occupations. The model shows incompatibility between the aspirations of theSocialistStateand the interests of the persons. There exists a weak correspondence between labor effort and possibilities of satisfaction of the individual aspirations by the salary, which raises the search of alternative vias in the illegality.
There no exist alternative or election of employment which generates life quality, but all works are the result of certain programs of servitude created by the State, which place the persons on their knees facing the socialist doctrine. There are performed continuous ravages, but no body notices the problem. It is about the same to be or not to be a profesional; the motivation is at the same level, because the economic incentive is in the same way.
The populations have not an employment of quality and as collorary of the capital to obtain products, assets and services needed by the citizen to enjoy the quality of life that the limited beneficiaries and members of the oficial cabinet are entitled. Eventhough the government ofCubaboasted of the “elimination of poverty”, the disaster is evident. When the Special Term was decreed, the Cuban government intended to maintain the “social achievements” of the “social politic” thru the distribution of the “social wealth”. The objectives of the Cuban social politics are a totalitarian impoverishment and abolition of freedoms. Among the problems encountered by the revolution at labor level stand out: absenteeism, dropping of productivity, unmotivation and insubordination.
The socialist economy every time mobilizes fewer workers toward tasks and occupations, which for the “revolution” are of a strict nature. This reflects a lower correspondence between what the people want and what the model needs. The called “immerse economy” serves as a base to justify the monetary issuing to sustain the state economy –which is practically the totality- since it only generates losses.
In education and employment policies is where it is clearly observed the disaster of a backward, repress and of mental control system. The government explain that they create development in as much as the possibilities of the economic activity, via the insertion, which within the isle in political terms they considered it as “international division of work”; an elegant definition in health and education, but they are a part of the merchandise of the Cuban system professionals. It is not questionable neither the quantity of professionals nor the massiveness of the education, what it is largely discussed internally by those followers of the government, is the sacrifice made in as much as the quality, when it is preferred to graduate in mass to professionals who promote the Cuban revolution.
Anything has been justified in the revolution in order to maintain it in the time; shootings, starvation, forgetness, dementia diagnosis to those who oppose the regime, are some of them. There are died a non quantifying number of persons in their struggle for the liberty; they have been tortured, given sedatives, submitted to electro convulsive therapies. The psychiatry is utilized as a method for repression.
Many plain Cubans, oppositors, consider that it is disgraceful and opportunist that at any space dedicated to the freedom of the Cuban population abroad, it is spoken about persons whose unique interest is to recover their privilege to get out of Cuba, whenever ones feel like, a right denied to all Cubans; this generates apathy among the opposite population, since they conspire with the silence as principal weapon to maintain the fear to the government. Even many Cubans assert not being represented by some persons recognized as standard-bearer in the fight for the liberty. There might be found abroad testimonies that so reflect it:
| I am sorry, but I shall never neither shout nor ask for Juan Almeida (…) I show him the same indifference that he showed to his compatriots when he enjoyed the advantages of being a son of a murderous. While the Cuban people sufferred that situation, which still are suffering, Juan Almeida travelled regularly toEuropeto receive medical treatments at international prestigious medical institutions. Expenses were paid by the Castro regime. When Raul Castro, for the reason whatever it was, withdrew his privileges, then unexpectedly, he became a dissident. |
It is unbelievable that disidents from government followers come back and forth, the suspicion among persons is high and it is maintained a dictatorship, concentring the power in an absolute manner, in the hands of the most faithful to the fidelist power. It is offer free education under the condition to fix the educational program to the interests of the regime, total managing of the communcation and information means having incipient or inexistent altern information, in order to restrict the awakening of citizens against the interests of the socialist State, totalitarian and excessive control of the Foreign Trade, elimination of the juridical and political institutions in favor of the citizen rights. These are only one of many policies applied by the government in the countries where the Socialism is re-established.
Castro system is equal to slavery and inCubathe people is a slave of all limitations imposed by the comunist regime. The socialist State has submitted and submits the individuals to non accountable regulations that eliminate all what is contrary to the materialist socialist vision.
That outlook is generalized to other countries allied to the axis Cuba-Venezuela, starting from the fortitude that both maintain and promote the system at the length and width of Latin America, of course, things are managed more prudently than the one stated by the admirer of Fidel Castro, Hugo Chávez. It is public what it is being forged inVenezuelaand in the wholeLatin America; the political system has turn around and has placed Venezuelans in a situation of uneasiness and depravetion of all hope. No body knows when the country shall defeat the autocracy and the ignorance.
The dangerous influence of this totalitariam system is reflected in the Cubans advisers, indoctrinated by the Castro-Comunism, who lead theVenezuelanRepublic mind, and to the president of this country. Also, this has influence in other countries of the region; the old comunist members order and execute most of the government fundamental orders developed inVenezuela.
Exactly as it happened in the decennial of the Cuban revolution, the Venezuelan president has intervened Companies and Banks, some to be governmentalized and others to take them out of the economic scene of the country. The electoral system was changed; today he has all State powers subordinated to his person. The governmentalizations are substantial; at present it is a public fact the lack of guarantees for the prívate property as a principal weapon to go bankrupt the economy of the country. It is promoted the same recipe inVenezuela, without the mínimum bashfullness to submit the persons to the consequences of a system which results are no desirable for the development of a society.
Thus, the beneficiaries of the economic aims as “solidarity” of the Venezuelan government are those who coincide with the socialist regime and consequently who conform the party of persons of the oficial cabinet4. The members of the cabinet chase the national and foreign capital, they yearn for their execrable enemy: The Capital. The same that inspired to Marx and to his followers to write, analyze, interpret and amplify his posthumous work.
The example of Cuba demonstrates how once a Head of a State introduce himself in the totalitarism, it is difficult and hard to get rid off those forces; literally might be stated that it is domain, the substitute of the sciences, including the religious, what ever its price be, in order to attain the common purpose, which is to weaken the human being to submit him in order that he be a servant of the socialist State. Even with the known history ofCuba, the revolution keeps being lamp of a series of political changes inSouth America, in order to resrict the economic and political freedoms.
